We have finally received the details of RightFax version 16.2! The release is near, and our team is excited to bring you more news, updates and details as we get closer to the rollout.
Today, we are excited today to bring to you a few basic updates, enhancements and new features that RightFax 16.2 has to offer. This will be a high-level overview of the details (we are still analyzing everything we know so far), but we will certainly bring you more facts and features of version 16.2 at a later date.

This is the first version of RightFax since 10.6 was released, so there are significant updates and changes (many of which we believe you will appreciate and find useful). Here are a few of the basic details that you can expect:
New RightFax 16.2 Features
Some of the most significant features that will come packaged with RightFax 16.2 are an updated Web Admin Tool, new Administrative Roles and the MyPortal Administration Tab. These updates will give you more control over user roles, preferences and management reports. These can be accessed from any browser and will be functional with many mobile devices.
New Add-on Modules and Other Updates
As always, new add-on modules will be available for those who upgrade to RightFax 16.2. Some of these new modules include:
- Image high availability that utilizes SQL infrastructure.
- Remote DocTransport Server that increases delivery rates from remote locations.
Some of the other updates you can expect include updated support for SharePoint 2016 and Windows 2016, certifications for JITC and SAP and much better RightFax analytics capabilities.
