Sign and fax? Shut the front door! This may be the coolest RightFax feature to come along in a long time! Way to go OpenText! When our Fax Guy team heard about this sign and fax feature we were mind blown! With RightFax 10.6 Feature Pack 2, users can use a mobile device, tablet or web browser access for the RightFax Web Client to sign a document. Yep, that’s right, now users are able to sign a fax without having to print out a document, sign it by hand and then scan it back into RightFax. Um, hello cool-factor! You can also annotate the inbound fax using the mouse, and then forward it along to new recipients. Better yet, on mobile and tablet devices, users can use finger swipe to sign a document, save as new fax, and then send the fax right from the device. On the desktop web browser, users use their mouse to add a signature to any document, save as a new fax and send the fax from their desktop. Is anyone else as excited about this as we are? Stop what you’re doing and watch this video now and see what all the fuss is about! You are welcome (wink!).
